Steve Waddington left and Helena Marsh joined, changing the sound slightly; most notably there are less guitars, and the sound is overall somewhat softer and mellower. Yes, Helena does have some connection to Jon in the same band - they're married. I wonder if all the love songs are about her, then...? And how did she feel about John sitting in the nude surrounded by a bunch of equally nude models in the 'Sweet Harmony' video...? :-\

Anyway, the sound is even more relaxed and not so bouncy, even though there are some faster tracks. More of an album, whereas Happiness is more a collection of songs, and therefore more varied.
