Once upon a time I liked the Pet Shop Boys a lot. During that time I first heard this band, and thought of them as some sort of cheap version of PSB. Years later, I found this album in a mail-order catalogue pretty cheap, so I thought I'd buy it. Ok, so one or two songs are a bit like a cheap version of PSB, but the vocals are oh-so-soft-and-slimy; very annoying. Musically, it's a lot like a more stiff and boring version of mid-80:s Italian synth disco, and most of the songs are pretty stupid stereotype love songs as well, so I don't like them very much either.
