Clearly one of the better tracks from the album
Ripe; sadly overlooked - I never knew it was a single
until I found this at a used CD store. I particularly like the lyrics about
advertising, and the way she doesn't seem too happy about it.
The alternative 7" mix is pretty much the same as the 7", but with a
funkier beat. The Apollo 440 mix is a bit more into the techno-dance
territory, but still not straying very far from the original track.
(Yes, Apollo 440 did exist before the release of 'Ain't Talking
About Dub'). The extra track is a slow, sad
song that wouldn't be misplaced on the album.
