Talla 2XLC's new EBM band after synth pop project Moskwa TV. In some places it sounds quite a lot like Front 242 in the late '80:s, and Jean-Luc DeMeyer even does the vocals for 'The Bog'. The album spans (at least) from 1988 ('America') to 1992, which might explain the specific late '80:s sound.
