This is the follow-up to Don't You Want Me, and this is actually the better of the two. The organ chords are gone, and replaced by a simple alternating-two-octave analogue-ish synth bassline, much like old '80:s synth pop, but to a modern dance beat. The vocals are no longer sampled, but real and sung just for this tune, which makes a big difference. The souley voice in contrast with the synthetics and steady machine beat is a nice mix. The blips are a bit harsher and the arrangement even better, perhaps best used in the last remix.

I'm not claiming that Felix was a huge innovator of modern dance music, but that old-ish synth bassline that felt reasonably fresh in '92 was then adopted by the cheap Eurodisco wave and can still, five years later, be found in every bad disco track. Well, it's such a simple thing, so no wonder. It's dead now, please let it rest.
