The JAMs, the Justified Ancients Of Mu Mu, The Timelords or The KLF. Take your pick. Nowadays I think they're called 2K.

This track is basically a pumping techno bassline and beat, with some "rap" on top of. The "lyrics" are just names of towns on the north of England/Scotland, spoken to the beat in a harsh Scottish accent, with the line "It's grim up north" as the focus. Towards the end, the techno fades and is replaced to a grand orchestra. It's an odd little track, but I like it a lot.

The two first remixes are basically longer and bouncier, and the last one is just plainly the orchestral version uninterrupted (albeit with some spacey FX).
