Comments:
This was one of the bands I listened to most in the early 1980:s, before I around 1984-85 grew bored and eventaully disillusioned with the metal scene and found myself in something of a pop music vacuum (until I in 1986 discovered something much more interesting). When I bought this CD in 2006, I hadn't heard many of these songs for 20 years, and it was a nice little nostalgia trip. This music doesn't really mean anything else to me now, but when I was twelve, it meant everything. Kiss, alongside Judas Priest and Iron Maiden, clearly made me discover music in general, even though I'd hardly describe myself as particularly interested in metal (new or old) these days.
