Much like I feared, Sadovaja abandoned their unique and amazingly pleasing mixture of synthetics, breakbeats and female pop vocals of their debut album, and headed into mainstream pop territory. Sadly, while this album is a pretty good pop record, I can't shake the feeling it could have been so much more. I feel like I've lost yet another very promising band to mainstream pop.
