Scottish guitarpop band with Ry Cooder style bluesey slide guitars, synth basslines and lovely female vocals. The band name was inspired by the movie 'Paris, Texas'. Nowadays it seems only the singer remains in the band; at least that's the impression I get when I see her on MTV, and of the charachteristic good old bluesey style remains nothing, it's all just slick and smooth softpop, just like everybody else makes it. A shame, since I'd rather hear more of this kind of music.
