Comments:
Fun and bouncy guitar pop, with a drum machine beat and synth basslines, and some cheesy voice sample experiments and hip-hip-style scratches. A nice and unusual mix of noisy guitars and machine based pop. I was told this band was formed by Bob Andrews ("Derwood") of Generation X inspired by his old bandmates successes (mainly Billy Idol's solo efforts and Tony James' band Sigue Sigue Sputnik, and even though this band is quite light-weight it's by far more interesting than at least the latter of these two.
I especially like the odd 'Fly Westworld', which is a near-instrumental type track with a funky drum machine beat, vocal shouts (male, as opposed to the regular female vocals by Elizabeth Westwood), synthbrass stabs and a surf guitar.
For some reason, the track listing was all screwed up on the cover, but the above is correct I think.
