A new techno version of this old Yello track, originally found on 'Stella'. New bouncy dance beat, standard Hardfloor acid 303-ish blurps (which, while quite clich‰ed, I like a lot), added techno fluff etc. Reminds me a bit of the techno mixes of the old New Order track Blue Monday, but as I understand it they didn't just hand the track over to Hardfloor for a remix, but did some new work on it themselves (the vocals sound remade, for one thing). It's quite good. Especially when I think about how much infinitely worse a techno mix of an old Yello track could have turned out, I'm inclined to like this version, though I still prefer the old one.

All those extra remixes are, as usual, a bit tiresome, but if one has nothing against the concept of a techno version of a Yello track, there should be at least one mix for everyone. Hardly surprising, the third mix (by Boris himself & some other guy I'm not previously familiar with) contains the most Yello-esque elements, although more fresh and technofied.
