- Massbus - DEC, used in
VAX 700 series machines
- MCA - MicroChannel Architecture
- NuBus - Apple's NuBus

- PDS - Apple's 'Processor-Direct Slot'
- Q-bus - Used in PDP, VAX, and

- VL-Bus - VESA Local Bus (evolution of ISA, initially for faster video)
