Old SCSI to Normal SCSI pins
The convention used here is that the normal 50 pin, two-row cable starts
at pin 1 on the upper left of the connector and goes to pin 25 before
wrapping around:
1 ... 25
26 ... 50
and the old style three-row connector starts at pin 1 and goes to pin 17
before wrapping around:
1 ... 17
18 ... 33
34 ... 50
