| Do NOT use frames unless you have a very good reason! Let your homepage (and your homepage-making, and homepage-reading, experience) become at least a year old before you even think about using frames! This is very serious advice! Frames are NOT "cool"! People can get very angry with you if you do not make your frames correctly and have a good reason for using them! Frames scare off visitors from a page! |
