aren't quite the same as they were a couple of years ago, but there are
still plenty of them. I have spent my efforts worrying about the _features_,
the chat watcher, the different stylesheets, the Advanced User mode, the
quiz, the welcome message, the different Message box sizes, etc. Messages
disappearing is a bug (yes, I know why, but I'm too lazy to fix it).

[I read something, a printout that somebody put on a wall here, about
how the average comuter user spends six hours a week fighting with his
computer (i.e. trying to fix problems). I've had that kind of experience
when I've been working with Win95 and WinNT, but here at school it's
"Not My Problem" (I mean, that's what sysadmins are for...)]

certain types of problems yourself, but those are usually not particularly
tough. The ones that are tough, I think I, as a user, am not _allowed_
to even _try_ to deal with... (e.g. I'm not allowed to turn off a computer,
unless I have a _very_ good reason (i.e. if I suspect a virus or something...)).
