I have decided to "adopt" Joan's homepage (well, the good bits anyway).
My emails to her have bounced and her homepage "has exceeded its
allocated data transfer" (which means it's available for about thirty
seconds every hour or something like that).

I think I'll just keep a bunch of bigger zip files (not much there yet,
I'm still working on it...).


The directory structure:

  jgs/
   |

   `-- index.htm            the homepage
   |
   `-- style.css            the site-wide stylesheet
   |
   `-- ascii/               this is where the good stuff goes   :-)
   |    |
   |    `-- cartoons/
   |    |
   |    `-- animals/
   |    |
   |    `-- (etc)
   |
   `-- info/                FAQs, tutorials and stuff (some were already
   |                        on my homepage, so I just linked them in)
   |
   `-- pics/                (No ascii here, just gifs and jpegs.)
                            (I might dump these (?))


Open the zip files in the directories they belong in (if you
want the links and stylesheets and stuff to work). Each opens
up a subdirectory with "its own name" (except stuff.zip).
