One might be lead to believe that the 'x-panded mix' is expanded, extended.
This is not the case - it just has a different intro, and perhaps minor
differences separating it from the
album version.
The B-side (if one can really talk about 'B-sides' on a compact disc) is
another one of them catchy synth pop tunes that this band does so well. My guess
is that it's musically inspired by the
Alphaville song
In The Mood, but that may just be in
my imagination. It's a great tune either way, and would not sound misplaced on
the album.
The only thing that bugs me about this single is the cover - it's an
enlarged picture of the girl from the cover of the album; a picture I'd normally
associate with a completely different track off that album. I wonder if Energy
screwed up and mislabeled it...?
