Excellent new NIN song, taken from the soundtrack to the somewhat bizarre David Lynch film 'Lost Highway'. I never actually heard the song in the film, perhaps apart from a really short disted drum snippet, but I suppose it helps sell the film. The song is a mix of the noisy guitars of The Downward Spiral, some loud and big breakbeat type drums, and a damn catchy pop chorus, perhaps the catchiest (and simplest) NIN chorus yet. But, when having six remixes, all of which more or less keeps at least parts of the chorus, it gets a bit much ("you are the perfect drug, the perfect drug, the perfect drug, you are the perfect drug, the perfect drug, the perfect drug, you are the perfect drug, the perfect drug, the perfect drug, you are the perfect drug, the perfect drug, the perfect drug...).

Ok, so I might not need all the remixes, but some of them are really quite good. Still, I mostly play the original version, since that's got a tendency to really get me up and moving. Great song to play just before leaving the house going to a party.
