Comments:

A compilation album from Energy Rekords, more or less continuing where the mini-comp Electronic Beats From The North left off. Now, if I Sometimes wish I Was Famous was my first encounter with Energy, this compilation was the second (not counting the bands I discovered on 'I Sometimes wish I Was Famous'). Most of the music is sort of EBM or at least a darker side of electro, and some 'industrial' hints as well. This compilation lead me to discover the excellent Oil In The Eye, and made me notice Ticket To Wonderland. I also more or less decided Pouppée Fabrikk wasn't exactly my style. But why is there no Cat Rapes Dog on this compilation? There were on Energy at the time, and sound as if they'd fit quite well. Not that I'm too crazy about them, but I'm curious.
